Roush Building 08 Restroom Layout

Floor plans and section details for an updated layout of the men’s and women’s bathrooms. I was tasked with designing the updated layout and applying the necessary code research to ensure the design was compliant for both bathrooms.  

Roush Building 87 Restroom Layout

Floor plan options for an updated layout of a restroom core for a warehouse. I was tasked with designing the updated layout and applying the necessary code research to ensure the design was compliant with multiple options of restroom layouts for the core. Each option was based on the possibilities that code would allow.

Roush Building 50 Temporary Partition Wall

Shop drawings for a temporary partition wall. This wall was a design-build project which was built to house EV chargers and provide separation of workspaces for EV research and testing. I designed this partition wall and developed all shop drawings and details for the wall to be constructed as well as any C.A. work that came through the build process.

MSP Lobby 3D Modeling & Render Work

My role for this project was to 3D model and render the lobby space based on previously completed 2D drawings. This design called for multiple different front desk designs and layouts.
